Got ghosted or ignored?

Unfortunately in this day and age we all have either been ignored or ghosted or have done that to someone else. 

If you are going through an awful time because you just got ghosted or ignored, this episode has some helpful tips and ways of thinking about it will help you look at the situation differently.

In summary, know that:

- People act and make choices based on their brain that has nothing to do with you, you may have triggered something in them but you are definitely not the cause

- People make the best choice that's available to them at the moment meaning that's the best they could do considering their emotional baggage

- Notice what you're making this situation mean about YOU. That's the reason you're suffering right now.
