How to stop procrastinating

If you 'run out of time' or 'never get around to' doing something important to you, you might be procrastinating.

Procrastination is an emotional or mental pattern that you have learned to run to avoid feeling uncomfortable such as working on that important project. As much as it seems counterproductive, the reason we run these patterns is because there are usually positive intentions our subconscious mind has.

There are different types of procrastination or ways to procrastinate:

- 'busying'

- doing unimportant things (i.e. priorities wrong)

- being a 'perfectionist'

- creating disasters

- 'relaxing'
