Mental health challenges are increasing in our modern society. So if you sometimes have mental health challenges and want to invest in your mental health but you're on a budget, this episode is for you.
Not every mental health, self-care needs to revolve around spending money. Actually in my experience usually the oldest and simplest (doesn't mean easy) ways have helped me the most profound way.
